I understand that this is a contract job, not employment, and there is a $20.00 cash T-shirt security deposit for this contractor's work. You will get a receipt for this of course.

This deposit serves several purposes. Our event relies heavily on its staff, and having a security deposit ensures commitment to fulfilling your responsibilities. A successful festival depends on a reliable team, and this measure helps maintain accountability.

The $20.00 deposit will be fully refunded with your pay on Monday, April 7th.
